Question : Got a cyst or a lipoma in my armpit like under my skin. Had it for a couple days, hurts like hell. Don’t know to do.

Can be folliculitis or enlarged lymph node.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I think it cant be lipoma since it is hurting but it can be folliculitis or infection of the hair follicles . Also it can be enlarged axillary lymph node.
You can use warm compresses to help it open, use antibacterial cream found over the counter such neosporin.
Use ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.
