Question : Got blood from throat two days before menstuation ... consulted ENT n pulmonologist... done CBC,CHEST X-RAY,CT LUNGS everything is normal... prescribed probiotics n Azithromycin tablets for one month...since 15 days I’m using medications. but again I got blood from throat... this z my menstrual cycle time... suggest me what shall I do

As these bleeding episodes coincide with menstrual cycle it's advisable to rule out a condition called vicarious menstruation.

It's important to consider HRCT SCAN OF PARANASAL SINUSES to rule out nasal septal pathology responsible for bleeding from Throat.

If vicarious menstruation is confirmed, oral contraceptive medication will be helpful.
Consultation with a Gynecologist is mandatory.
