Got Hit On Toe. Got Blood Blister With Pins And Needles In Toe. How To Cure This?

Question : Hi
My partner kicked his toe and got a blood blister a fortnight a go. The area on the toe (where blood blister was) has now become black in colour, hard skin with little feeling. He is also complaining of pins and needles in his toes.
Should I try and soften skin and remove black / hard skin ?

I request you to not to try any thing like that.

Peeling of the skin may result in loss of protective barrier and infection and sepsis.

So request you to consult your doctor for the needful.
