Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
If is very important to write your age. If you are over 50 and you have one year without a period you are in menopause. Any bleeding I'm menopause should not be neglected but evaluated.
You may need to do an ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries and also a pap smear.
It may be related to myoma, endometrial thickness etc.
Please get an ultrasound and a pap smear done.
