Thanks for the query.
The symptoms and signs are consistent with a condition called benign paroxysmal vertigo(BPH) which is arising due to minor dysfunction of the balancing mechanism lodged in the inner ear.
As of now you can take over the counter available drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
