H-Pylori Diagnosis And Taking Clarithromycin , 500mg/2x/ Day, Metronadozole 500mg
Question: H-Pylori diagnosis and taking Clarithromycin, 500mg/2x/ day, metronadozole 500mg 2xday and omeprazole 20mg2x/day.
I have history of pvc’s
Started them 6 days ago and have another 4 days to go until treatment is finished.
I’ve had no side effects so faruntil today I feel tired and heart rate is up a bit from average before antibiotics at 65 bpm and now 75 bom. I realize this heart rate is normal and it can happen when tired but thought I should check because it says to contact doctor right away if feeling these. Anything to worry about?

Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that the normal heart rate or pulse range limit for a healthy individual is between 60 to 100bpm.
Yours is well within normal range. Keep in mind pulse can go beyond that also when you are stressed or emotionally upset or exercising, but that doesn’t mean something is abnormal.
However if you feel that pulse is getting irregular or you are having symptoms like giddiness or lightheaded then you need to consult a doctor personally and get an ecg done that time.
Hope to have been helpful.
Kind Regards
