I would suggest you give her more fluids orally like ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) drink; electral water, also plain water. Please continue Decolic till the time she is relieved of the stomach pain. You can give enterogermina for a course of ten days to replenish the gut bacteria.

If her pain does not subside in a day or two, or if it worsens; please get an ultrasound study of the whole abdomen to look for any underlying cause of the pain.

Since there is no fever and other symptoms, there is no need to worry. And, definitely, there is no need to give any antibiotics as there is no bacterial infection, in my view.
