HELLO DR. HAI, DR. SINCE BEING SUMMER, SINCE 15 DAYS

Question: HELLO DR. HAI, DR. SINCE BEING SUMMER, SINCE 15 DAYS I HAVE BEEN EATING FIGS(ANGEER), DAILY 4-5 FIGS, AND ALSO SOME TIMES USED TO TAKE BEET JUICE, AND EAT MUSKMELON, SUDDENLY SINCE WEEK FEELING TINGLING IN MY HANDS AND FEET, SO I HAVE DONE SOME TESTS TODAY, LIKE CBC ESR, POTASSIUM SODIUM, CALCIUM, VIT B12, DR. POTASSIUM LEVEL IS 5.1 IS IT NORMAL, IF NOT HOW TO REDUCE IT TO NORMAL.. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME, I ALSO FEEL SOMETIMES TINGLING SENSATION IN MY LEGS AND HANDS, ALSO FEEL SWEETY HANDS AND FEET, THIS SWEATY HANDS AND FEET BEFORE ALSO I USED TO HAVE SOME TIMES IN A WHILE AND GO AWAY. IS THIS TINGLING HANDS AND FEET DUE TO HIGH POTASSIUM, HOW CAN I REDUCE IT NORMALLY WITH OUT MEDICINES FROM TODAY I HAVENT TAKEN FIGS ANGEER.

AND DR. SINCE A WEEK I HAVE HEAD PAIN, IN BETWEEN EYES AND EAR. DR. RECENTLY I HAVE A WISDON TOOTH IN MY RT. JAW. IS THIS HEAD PAIN IN HEAD DUE TO THIS.

DR. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP IN REDUCING MY POTASSIUM LEVEL, AND MY TINGLING IN HANDS AND LEGS.....
Dr and also feel like muscle caught like in left leg. Does this go..
One more thing Dr. Dentist told me to remove wisdom teeth. Is my headache due to it.

Dr. One and half month back when in office suddenly in my ear from right ear to left ear a ring sound like keeeekkkk.. happened in my ear. some times in morng aftet wakingup rarrly feel sensation like head rounding . Why doea this happen dr.... since 8 months i am not regular to my morng walk. Once in 15 days going to walk..
YEST DAY I CHECKED MY BP ALSLO WHICH SHOWED 132/84.

I have noted your symptoms and lab reports. First of all, I would like to reassure you that your blood test reports are normal. Your potassium of 5.1 is also normal and there is no need to take any medicine to reduce it.

Your symptoms of tingling could be due to peripheral neuropathy, which would require further evaluation, including neurological examination and nerve conduction studies.

Headache could be related to dental problem.

thank you very much Doctor, Dr. but some times daily morning when i wakeup. sometimes FEEL sensation like my head will spin like but nothing happens.. feel normal. and i also almost every day my nose block due to sinus cold. most of the times...Doctor, is it due to cold/sinus, the feeling of spinning head happens.

Hi Doctor. Sorry again sir feom today evwng im sometimes feeling pain in my head back side near ear.. i have attached a pic. Pain like pinching for a second and going away. Today noon i had to go for a function in hot sun between 1pm to 3pm...
From around 5pm observed this type of pain sometimes coming and going... Dr. Is it any problem or common does it go.. Doctor can i take any pain medicines for it.

I have noted the additional symptom and seen the attached picture. This pain could be due to muscle tension, increased by sunlight. It would go away. You can take DOLO 650 for relief of headache.
