Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think more investigations are needed such vaginal smear or secretions culture.
Also a pelvic ultrasound is needed to check for kidney stones or fybromyoma or types of pelvic tumours.
Except UTI and cysts other causes such vaginal infection, kidney stones or tumours may cause the symptoms.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

I have had the pelvic smears, no infection, had the ultrasound, no cysts or tumors. NO UTI, this is not vaginal, just pain in my pelvic region
Brief Answer:
Possible recal issue.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
If the pain is not vaginal or from urogenital tract it can be from rectum or bowel.
I want to know if you have constipation periods or diahorrea periods this can look more like irritable bowel syndrome.
Also rectal issue like polyps may cause the pain discomfort in lower abdomen.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
