Brief Answer:
About high TSH;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
High TSH should be treated depending on the presence the symptoms of hypothyroidism and depending on how much high it is.
If there are no symptoms of hypothyroidism and the TSH is up to 10 mUi/ml there is no need to start levothyroxine, if symptoms of hypothyroidism are present, the treatment is started.
TSH over 10 mUi / ml is suggested to be treated.
Hope the imformation will help.
Best wishes,
