I am worried and shocked for life. Am I undergoing any big problem. Please help me what to do.. Both test were done in different centers.
Brief Answer:
Regarding Urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
There is no direct correlation between serum IgE levels and Urticaria or its severity. Neither is serum IgE level measured to monitor response to treatment of Urticaria. So if your Urticaria is otherwise controlled with oral antihistamines then you need not do anything for your serum IgE levels.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Regarding urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
As I said IgE levels don't have a strong correlation with the severity of Urticaria. The levels are raised nonetheless in most patients of Urticaria. In many patients though the higher levels may correspond to more frequent or severe episodes of urticaria. Still IgE levels are not used to monitor response to treatment. If your urticaria is responding then you may continue with the oral antihistamines for a few weeks. Sometimes they may need to be continued for a longer duration. . Apart from that you may take routine tests like CBC, Thyroid profile, Blood sugar (fasting), Complete blood count and ESR. Herpes zoster is an unrelated problem.
Take care
