Brief Answer:
T.G is too high....Needs immediate treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details,
Your triglyceride levels are very high. Triglyceride should be less then 300mg/dl but having a TG of about 1200 will make you highly suceptible for cardiac disease(Atherosclerosis) which can lead to massive cardiac arrest due to blockage of coronary artery such high levels make you suceptible to other atherosclerotic disease like stroke etc.
I would recommend you to get a prescription of fenobrinate 165 mg and Statin like Rosuvastatin 40 mg( highest dose) and take it for minimum of three months.
Along with it take Salmon oil supplement daily with coenzyme Q 10 200 mg capsule daily.
Cardiac tests like Echo and treadmill test should be done to rule out presence of any coronary artery blockage.
Your Triglyceride levels are grossly elevated and aggressive protocol has to be followed initially.
Your CRP is elevated as a result of Inflammation caused by production of free radicals by this bad lipid. Inflammatory bowel disease acts as additive to it.
Some more lab tests suggested by me are-
Lipo protein a and b levels
HR CRP levels
Lipo A
Homocysteine
Liver function test
Lipase and serum amylase levels.
All these would predict the future possibility and ongoing risk of cardiac disease.
Follow ups are welcome,
Go for these tests.
I really have no idea how your doctor said that TG levels of 1200mg/do is ok.
Elevation in gastrin could be a transient effect of humira but for Triglycerides you have to take immediate steps.
Follow ups are welcome.
