Question : HI I have had OCD for 30 years and have been on many SSRI. I am now on Trintellix. I have been using viagra but it is know longer effective. Ask a doctor and my GP all agree I should be on Cialis
to help over come my recent inaabilty to hold a erection and climax. I have been on the 5 mg for one week daily and want to have sex today and take 20 mg one hour before sex today. Is one week being 5 mg daily is enough time to take 20 mg today and try having sex?

I reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to Trintellix side effects.
One of the common side effects of this medication is erectile dysfunction.
Cialis is a very good treatment in this situation.
I would suggest taking 5 mg as a daily dose.

I would suggest to try 10 mg Cialis one hour before sexual intercourse .
If this dose will not be effective you can try 20 mg tablet. This is the maximum dose that can be taken.

The 10mg and the 20mg tablets are both effective for 36 hours. You should not take another tablet within this time.
