Question : HI i am a transgender Male to female that has been on herbal hormones for a couple of months and would like to get Hrt I know a little bit about what i need but would like to check with a doctor.

no not really i know all this already i was hoping what brand and what types of estrogen and progesterone ect is needed.

Start with an antiandrogen and estrogen

Dear sir, hello again.. you should start with an antiandrogen as cyroterone 12.5-25 mg once daily and oral estradiol 2 mg once daily with a monthly check up of blood estrogen and testesterone levels.. the desired feminization effect is better achieved with blood estradiol level below 200 pmol/ L..
