Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per the report:
- No diabetes
- Complete blood count normal. Some decrease of hemoglobin concentration in red cells and increased RBC and platelet count. This may suggest raised cells for any other reason resulting in lowered hemoglobin.
- Normal male hormones ad estradiol levels
- Low vitamin D and B12. Can take Syrup Osteocalcium D3 daily for 3 months. Tab Neuobion plus daily for 3 months
- Liver enzymes are increased suggesting liver function problem. Avoid any medicines that can affect liver e.g pain killers, antibiotics, etc. Drink cleaner water and hygienic food. Can try Liv 52 syrup daily for one month
- Cholesterol mildly raised. No action required
- Thyroid normal
- Kidney function normal
Kindly send any relevant past medical history or symptoms so that I am able to corelate the report.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
