Question : Hi I recently had an ECG done and the result were abnormal , I have sinus rhythm, moderate right-orecordial depolarization disturbance, consider feminine pattern negative T in v2 v3, Slight left precordial depolarization consider ischemia or LV overload. small negative T in V5 V6 with flat or no negative T in V4. Not sure what this means

T wave is negative in most chest leads.
There are several causes, the most common is ischemia, at this age.
Also, ECG should be interpreted in relation to the total clinical picture...
See a Cardiologist / get yourself examined / More investigations are necessary...
     ECHOcardiogram is necessary to see the heart valves / heart muscle (Cardiomyopathy) and heart function (Ejection fraction, wall motion abnormality)...
      TMT – Treadmill exercise ECG; may be with thallium isotope – is necessary to evaluate ischemia (reduced blood flow / Coronary Artery Disease)
     Laboratory test are in need to see electrolytes and enzymes...
In asymptomatic individuals with no significant past history, as you / with nor risk factors, prognosis is generally excellent
