Brief Answer:
Minimal degenerative change

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXX

I have read the attached report to this query.

Your report says mild posterior disc bulge indenting the anterior subarachnoid space, means you have very mild spondylotic change at C5-6 (cervical or neck spine) which is decreasing the space around your spinal cord at this level.

However this is very mild change and it is not pressing on your nerve roots or spinal cord.

This finding can explain if you have a mild neck pain and there no need to worry about this finding as no surgical treatment will be required for this problem.

Hope this helps, do get back if you need more clarification.

What will be the medication for this report

Brief Answer:
exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,

Your findings are not very significant and neck exercises should suffice for this. If you have pain going to both your hands or both shoulders then you should consult your doctor and take appropriate pain relieving medications.

Posture adjustments, physiotherapy and exercise is all that is needed for this amount of disc prolapse.

Good luck
