Had A Bout Of Presumed Norovirus This Weekend ..my Mother
Question: Had a bout of presumed norovirus this weekend ..my mother was diagnosed Friday and I came down with severe symptoms Saturday. ( elderly mom still recovering in hospital but doing better) I had 102.6 temp, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, body aches. Vomiting finally stopped Sunday but still dealing with watery diarrhea and bloating. Also I’m still exhausted and feeling lousy. Fever is gone. I’m drinking pedialyte and trying dry toast. How long ( on average) will it take to resolve the diarrhea/ gas/bloating?
