Question : Had a cold now coughing spots of blood on Antibiotics had chest x-ray it was good no cough at nite just 2 bouts daily

We have to rule out bronchitis.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, we should definitely rule out bronchitis because bronchitis can also cause coughing and hemoptysis (blood in sputum).
So you should get done Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).

1. Any smoking habit?
2. Any allergies?
3. Any shortness of breath?
4. Since how long you are having this symptom?
