Question : Had a one night stand a few weeks ago with a woman. She said that she had a clean XXXXXXX of health. I briefly penetrated her without a condom (1-2 min), and did not ejaculate. We continued with a condom, and she also fingered me in the anus. 2 days later I developed a sore throat that went away a few days later. Yesterday I noticed red patches on my neck that went away on their own a few hours later. No fever was ever present. Are these symptoms of HIV, was this a high risk activity, or am I worrying myself needlessly? Thanks.

Fingering into anus carries a negligible risk for HIV transmission.
A sore throat can occur to anybody at any point of time, especially when there is a close intimacy during the sexual act and not necessarily related to HIV infection. The same is true also for your skin rash. This could be even due to an insect bite or an allergic reaction.
It is always better to rule out HIV infection, hepatitis, and syphilis with appropriate blood investigations after the window period of these tests.
