Question : Had a shot for pain in knee I have osteoarthritis then got a pain in calf like a pulling twice when walking, then I was spring cleaning and felt that pain felt like muscle pulled, like a ball hurting for a week. Wondering if shot cause a clot.

In my opinion, the symptoms are not related to a blood clot.

The symptoms seem to be related to a muscle strain due to movement of the leg.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.

I also suggest using an anti-inflammatory medication such as Voltaren gel.

Cold compresses and gentle stretching exercise can be helpful.

Rest is also important for fast recovery.
