Had Allergy On Skin. Have Itching On Hands And Nails. Help?

Question : I had allergy on my skin since 2 to 3 years and and it rectifed once i had treatment but after 2 to 3 months it occurs again and it expanding when i itch with my hands or some time with my nails.
Requesting you to please help me out of this problem
