Question: Had an ecg that reads PR 122/160 ms premature ventricular complexes
QRS 152 ms as a bigeminal rhythm
QT/QTc 450/506 ms LBBB
P/QRS/T -26/-1/109 def moderate high lateral reploarization disturbance secondary to LBBB
heart rate 76 bpm

As per the ecg details provided by you it seems to be an abnormal ecg. However these are the values that comes printed on the ecg paper interpreted by the ecg machine which sometimes can be fallacious. So I would like to suggest you to kindly upload the image of your ecg so that I can personally evaluate it and then advise accordingly.
