Question : Hi Doc XXXXXXX
I got blood test results of lymphocytes of 41.6,Hemegloban=12.1, Hemotrocit=36.0
should I follow up with Hematologist, or is this ALL or ACL?

You have given the reports partially, please provide all data of the complete blood count report.
Additionally get a Peripheral blood smear report and an ESR done.
After seeing all data it will be possible to make a likely diagnosis.
I believe you do not have anything serious because many people have lymphocyte counts like that and enjoy good health.
