Since the pregnancy test is negative, the pregnancy is ruled out. The delay in the periods is likely to be due to a mild hormonal imbalance caused by taking Utovlan in the earlier half of your cycle to stop the bleeding.
You can wait for a week more for you periods to begin normally and if there is still no bleeding then you may need to take Utovlan again for 5 days to have a withdrawal bleeding after discussing with your gynecologist.
