Hi
Thanks for the query
I have gone through the image posted by you, it seems to be an ulcerated minor salivary gland.
Many a times during the formation of oral ulcer the mucosa becomes denuded either leaving a raw surface or unhealthy mucosa. When there is unhealthy mucosa covering the minor salivary gland it appears as in the image.
Do not worry! With appropriate medicines this can be taken care of.
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Avoid spicy food/alcohol/coffee/hot or cold beverages
3. Oral steroid gel application
4. Consume plenty of fruits and vegetables
Hope this answers your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.

Hi
Thanks for writing back
I doubt any signs of cancer in this lesion. With appropriate medications it should disappear within a week.
