Question : Had ultrasound last week and a couple of hours later, doctor called to advise there is a larger mass on right side and requested MRI. I have an MRI tomorrow. My bloodwork was perfect and urine test as well. What can it be?

If Bloodwork and urinalysis is normal is there cause for any concern?
Or can it be cancer with normal bloodwork.
