Brief Answer:
Please wait for biopsy report.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail and that recently yo have been having nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, low iron, lethargy and hypothyroid state.

The upper GI endoscopy results are showing:
1. Gastric pouch is normal and shows post stapling status.
2. Duodenum and Jejunum appeared normal with no mucosal abnormalities.
3. Biopsy specimen has been taken from the stomach region and probably the jejunum.

Appearance wise things look the way it should, however any pathological diagnosis will be known after seeing the biopsy results.

We have to wait until the pathological report is issued. Otherwise there is no significant serious problem on endoscopy findings.

Hope your query is answered.
