My name is Gangarao. I am 40 years old
My problem is:
Every morning my stomach fill with gas / air (I don't know what it is). My motion will be cleared / out after getting out this gas /air only.
If I am doing some stomach church exercises for 10 minutes, this gas /air comes out automatically. otherwise same day motion is not getting cleared.
All other way my health is very fine. I use some homeopathy medicine for sinusitis. no other health issues for me. I am completely fit.
I want to know what is the reason for overnight forming of this gas. how get out from this problem ?? Please help me..

As per your complaint, it seems that you are suffering from an excess intestinal gas formation that is leading to the excess formation of intestinal gas.
Now, let's move to various levels involved in our digestive process which may be the culprit behind it;
Our gastrointestinal tract has a forward propulsive movement (peristalsis) that moves the food material forward as it is digested, absorbed and finally expelled as feces. If somehow this movement gets hampered, the bowel habits would not be proper. This may lead to the formation of colonies of bad bacterias and yeast in your gut.

let me give you a brief idea about what is intestinal flora?
Our body has its own environment called gut flora. Gut flora is the complex community of microorganisms that live in the digestive tracts of humans. A number of factors including age destroy this flora and can lead to various problems with a digestive system like indigestion, abdominal pain, belching, bloating and increased gas formation. I would suggest you start good quality probiotics for a few days
Degradation of undigested food in the intestines by the intestinal bacteria would lead to the excess gas formation.


Treatment-
Tab Rifaximin 550 mg once daily 9 a.
Cap Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily in morning empty stomach 6 a.m
Tab Pankreoflat twice daily 9 a.m-9 p
m.
Cap econorm thrice daily(probiotic).
All are easily available take them for 5 days and you would be fine.
If possible follow this also,
You should also take walk after meals.
-You should take small portions of food every 2 hours.
-Avoid heavy and large fatty meals.
-You should also limit intake of fizzy drinks, smoking, and excess chewing gums.
-You can take Simethicone as it helps in reducing intestinal gas.
-Activated charcoal pills can be helpful.
-Drink sufficient water.
-chew your food slowly and properly.

Thank you for your feedback on my issue.

You have described complications with irregular bowel habits, but still I am not understadning below points.

Do you mean this gas hampers propulsive movement (peristalsis) ?
How excessive Gas forms in my stomach / intestinal in over night ?
Why this gas comes out after some stomach church exercises ? which leads for free bowel movement ?


Is this medicine to stop gas formation or any other purpose.Please describe?
please let me know what is permanent solution ?

Sir again I am giving more information.
I don't drink and smoke.
I do weekly three days gym.
This gas problem I am having from more than one year...
If I am not getting out the gas from, my feces is not getting cleared 100%. Once gas it out through some exercise, it is getting cleared 100%

Sir what are church exercises?
Are you taking about abdominal crunch exercise.Digestion of food starts within 2 hours of ingesting it.During night time your body is at rest so if there is any problem with motility of intestine excessive gas would be formed.
For gas problem you should take the tablets as advised by me earlier specially pankreoflat and pantoprazole.
Comming out of gas after exercisimg clearly suggests that there is some problem witj motility of intestine therefore when external forces are applied gas moves forward.
I would suggest you to go for a test called colonoscopy in which doctor would use a camera to look inside your intestines.
