Hi ,

Thanks for the Query.

I Would like to know few more things which would help me in suggesting you better:

1.) Since how long do you have this problem?
2.) Do you have any kind of stress?
3.) Do you travel a lot?
4.) Have you travelled to a different place recently?

Your History suggests you have stress or Hormonal Imbalance related Hair loss. I Would suggest you get yourself examined by a Dermatologist so that he/she may examine you and run few tests like,

1.) Complete Blood Count
2.) TSH
3.) Trichoanalysis

To rule out the exact cause for your hair fall. Once confirmed, the treatment will depend upon the cause. The medicine cannot be prescribed just by the medical history, you require a complete physical evaluation so that proper medication can be Prescribed.

Your Dermatologist may prescribe you, Hair fall shampoos, Lotions and Multivitamins.

In the meantime, follow these lifestyle modifications:

1.) Avoid stress
2.) Practice relaxation techniques like Yoga and Meditation.
3.) Eat healthy nutritious balanced and Protein XXXXXXX diet which should include Fresh fruits, XXXXXXX leafy vegetables, Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Milk, Lentils etc.
4.) If you travel a lot by bike, wear a helmet.
5.) Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight.
6.) Avoid having a head bath for more than twice a week.
7.) Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.
8.) Do not use a hair dryer after a head bath.
9.) Do not change your shampoo frequently.
10.) Avoid tight hairstyles.
11.) Avoid pulling your hair.

Hope I have answered your Query.I will be available for follow up.

Wish you Good Health.

Best Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Tauseef
