Question : Hair loss at front head
Brief Answer:
Regarding androgenetic alopecia
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
You seem to have androgenetic alopecia. It is characterized by hair loss and thinning from the frontal and vertex parts of the scalp along with receding anterior hair line. It is the most common type of hair loss in males and is gradually progressive. I suggest you to use minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral finasteride 1mg tablet once a day at night. Both of these are approved remedies for androgenetic alopecia in males. Treatment is long term
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Regarding acne
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Perhaps you've acne. Inflammatory acne can be painful. However, Finasteride does not cause acne. Anyways I suggest you to take an oral antiacne antibiotic e.g Doxycycline 100mg, twice daily for a 3-4 weeks. In addition I suggest you to apply a topical antiacne preparation like nadifloxacin gel (1%) e.g Nadoxin gel, twice daily.
You may upload a few images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that i am able to have a look.
Take care.
