Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Hair fall in males is most commonly androgenetic in origin. In this type of hair loss, there is a receding anterior hairline as well as thinning on the top and frontal parts of the scalp. I suggest you use Minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily.

In addition, I suggest you take oral Finasteride 1mg tablet once every night (prescription based medication). Both of these are approved remedies for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.

currently i bought indulekha hair oil last week so instead of allopathic i prefer natural remedies

Natural remedies don't have any evidence of whether they work or not. You may try it though. I would rather advice you to use minoxidil 5% solution and finasteride 1mg tablet for your androgenetic alopecia as they have well established role and are standard treatment of androgenetic alopecia worldwide.
