Your symptoms seem to be related to a varicocele.

A varicocele is an enlargement of the veins in the scrotum.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three tablets a day.

I also suggest wearing an athletic supporter to relieve pressure.

If the pain continues I suggest to treat varicocele properly with surgery.

The surgery consists in repairing the affected vein to redirect the blood flow into normal veins.
