I would like to know a few more details about your symptoms in order to be able to guide you in a better and specefic manner.
1. When did it start? I.e onset , duration and progress.
2.Whether your diabetes is under control?
3.Which medications you are taking?
4.Whether your symptoms are aggravated or decreased by any factor like posture,time of day, movement , etc
Please note that there are many types and severity of tremors and management would depend on the diagnosis.
The treatment varies from oral medicines mainly anticonvulsants or dopamine like drugs , physiotherapy to neurosurgery or XXXXXXX brain stimulation
