Brief Answer:
Antihistaminic, paracetamol, topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily, tablet paracetamol 650 mg twice daily and tablet ondansetron 4 mg twice daily.
Also apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a calamine lotion 2-3 times in a day.
These will improve your symptoms and rash.
