Brief Answer:
Probably a ganglion cyst, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a ganglion cyst.

Ganglion cysts are very common and usually don't require any treatment.

If it causes tingling and numbness in the fingers, I suggest using an anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.

I also suggest to maintain the area immobilised to avoid further damage.

You can also use warm compresses for relief.

If the symptoms continue you can see a doctor to treat it with as minor surgery.

The surgery consists in aspiration of the cyst with a needle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
