Question : Hello I have a sore, hard lump at the inner end of my nostril and it's builds up a hard crust, what is it?

The sore hard lump seems to be a boil of the nose that is infection of the hair follicle of the nostril. You can use topical antibiotic on the lump or can extract it by an expert person. you can use diclofenic for pain relief.
