Question : i have a stent in my kidney for a kidney stone and want to know is it harmful if i masterbate. I was told not extreme phyical activite with the stent in place.

Avoiding heavy physical activity means avoiding aggressive physical exercise or sports that involves body bending or frequent jerks. Masturbation is not an extreme physical activity. There is no harm.
