                                    Brief Answer:
Continue medical management, Follow up clinical examination, investigations
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your history and reports.
The reports are of 20/2/23.
Since you are already under medical management for the problems mentioned in reports and as per your history I would advise you the following:
Continue medical management as advise. It is almost 10 days now. Along the positive changes in blood reports, the clinical examination and evaluation by a General /Gastro Surgeon is also very important as it can give direction for further management.
Your Surgeon may advise you to continue the medical management. Elective surgery at later date.
Review Ultrasound and/or CT scan will help to see the internal thing.
Please remember: The decision is taken by the treating Surgeon as clinical evaluation is most important and deciding factors along with other investigations. Strictly follow the advise of your treating Doctor/Surgeon.
It's almost 10 days hence continue medical management. When to do the surgery is decided by follow up status, clinical evaluation, improvement and investigations.
Please discuss all these points with your Doctor/Surgeon to decide further course of actions.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please give feedback.
