Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to healthcare magic Physician's desk!
You are having a strain of muscles of back.
Probably you are sitting for very long hours, you need a break from your duties for about a week.
Get enough rest and warm compresses and massage of the back muscles.
Apply local painkiller spray like Volini twice a day.
and take Tab. Myospaz Forte/Flexon MR thrice a day after meals for 5days.
You should also get Xrays of Dorso-Lumbar spine, AP/Lat view to find out any bony problem if any. You should also get a CBC.
Please start the treatment and get investigated then review.
I think the advise would be helpful for you.
