Have Bad Cough. What To Do?

Question : I have a 3 year old boy who has a bad cough for the last 24 hours, and now woke up tonight delerious (somewhat helucinating) measured a 95 degree temperature under the arm. (95.9 adjusted)
Need I be worried

Yes, it is better to take him to the doctor,.

He seems to be hypothermic

Also you say he is delirious.

These two symptoms warrant immediate attention..
