Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this problem with your eyes. I hope yo get to find a long lasting solution to this.

Please, the information you have provided is very limited. I will like that you make some more specification on what you mean by your left eye is killing you? Does it mean you cannot see well with or is it hurting?

From what I have, being unable to sleep well puts you in a state of tiredness and exhaustion. This will for sure make the level of concentration to be very poor and certainly cause you t be unable to do simple task. It is no surprise that you cannot focus things well. Getting a good sleep is very important if you really want to stay on top form.

At this point, I will like to kindly suggest that you tell me what are some of the things that make home very stressful and make sleep very difficult.. Maybe addressing them and proposing coping strategies can improve your over all health and relieve you of this poor concentration and inability to focus. If after addressing this the problem continues, then we may want to consult an ophthalmologist to look for any possible visual abnormalities that can explain this.

It is difficult to propose relaxation strategies without knowing what the problem is. Please, just try engaging yourself in the most favorite of your hobbies to get relaxed. talk to your friends, family, loved ones, Go out and do some light refreshing physical exercise etc. However, tell me what the issue is so that Ii can send a personalised answer to you.

I hope this at least addresses your query partially and opens a platform for us to exchange more information as we try to get answers to this problem. I will like that you provide me with more information as requested above. This will enable me to be more helpful beyond this.

Hi,
I am so sorry to hear about your mother's illness and all the constraints and misunderstanding this has brought into the family. I don't think I can stay indifferent to a situation like this. The stress is real and huge and coping with it is not an easy way out. Let's looks at some options that we may consider in order to lighten this burden.

The main problem is her health state and her constant need for assistance. In the very first days, anyone can provide this care happily without any complaints but doing this for a longtime will most likely result in misunderstanding like this.

Permit me share this personal experience with you. My dad has many health problems and needs constant care. I do my best alongside my mom to provide all the assistance as his son. Believe me, there are many times I wished I had acted differently. No matter my best intentions and wishes to see him always respected and treated with dignity, shown constant love and support, there are moments i will tell you I have personally not lived up to these standards. It is not because I don't love him, but doing the same thing all the times will inevitably lead to total exhaustion, misunderstanding, rejection, arguments, new problems etc. It is the same thing happening at this point. How did I address this situation:

We have arranged for a sitter who provides assistance whenever we cannot be available or you fell very tired or not very motivated to provide these services. This has provided great relief to all of us and his care greatly improved. If this is possible, then consider doing it.

Another way out, though difficult to see your mother in an assisted living facility, you may consider getting her into one. This will be of great help as it will improve the quality of care she receives and also give you all more time to rest, show her love and avoid stirring up stress and divides in the family. This will permit you to have more time, rest enough, work even harder and pay the huge bills.

I share your pain because i was in this same situation a few months back. I cannot tell you how relieved we are and a lot happier. I wish you soon find yourself out of this current very stressful state and enjoy some happy moments like I do now.
Hope this helps. If you have more questions, please feel free to ask me.
Thanks.

Is their any supplement I could take that would help me focus, sleep,no anxiety, not sad. I heard of 4 nutrients from Dr Hyla XXXXXXX on newsmaxhealth online that are better than anti depressants. St XXXXXXX wort, SAMe, (S-Adenosyl-L_Methionine) 5-HTP(5-Hydroxytryptophan), and DLPA (DL-Phenylalanine).

Hi and thanks for this question.

We do not solve our problems by taking drugs to forget about them. Recognising and addressing them is the best way to get over them. Drugs cannot be the core of this treatment but accompanying measures if all efforts are not getting the goals achieved.

However, if you should insist on getting drugs right now, I will suggest that you stop by and talk with a psychiatrist. A basic exam and some routine tests are often required to start patients on anti depressants. Not until when we get this information that you may be prescribed any drug.

Hope you find this helpful.
Wish you good health.
