Brief Answer:
There could be many probabilities for same

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Going by the description provided I could think of few possibilities

Angiokeratoma
cherry angioma
lymphangioma circumscriptum( usually present as cluster of small fluid filled like lesion however may look like blood filled too)

All the above are benign lesions not having any symptoms and not causing any problems apart from being cosmetically unpleasant. These can be treated by cryotherapy or cautery of the lesion if required.

Attaching an image of the lesions would help me in suggesting the most probable diagnosis and its effective treatment.

Should there be any other doubt please write back.

Regards
