Thank you for contacting XXXXXXX with your question. I am a little
concerned that you have had blood in the stools for two years.
The fact that the blood rolls up into a ball , to me it indicates
some degree of mucus and clot mixed with it. If you have had
severe constipation of chronic nature , your XXXXXXX hemorrhoids
could be problematic. However , if you are experiencing semi soft
or watery stools , we have to think about Inflammatory Bowel
Disease such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's colitis.
If you have a family history of one of these , you should be tested
for this. There are special blood tests (Markers) and you also need x-ray
and endoscopic studies to rule that out.
You are close to fifty years of age and if you have not had a colonoscopy
you should get one with the kind of symptoms you are having.
Please contact your doctor and discuss with him or her above mentioned
possibilities and take appropriate measures.
I wish you the very best.
You probably see a dark stain on the toilet paper if it is
altered blood. As to the white objects , I cannot for sure
say what they might be. Sometimes, seeds like XXXXXXX seeds
in the bread or flack seeds may show up in the stool. I doubt
whether they are parasites like whip worm.
Hope you follow through with your doctor .
I wish you well.
