Question : Dear sir,

I have noticed a bone like structure out of place on my left hand side of the penis. When I touch it, it does feel soft but like hard and boney.

Could you tell me what could this be? I attach photos for you.
Sorry I mean it does not feel soft but hard like a bone.

Based from the information and the image you are looking at the corpus spongiosum, its like a spongy elastic tissues and it will grow and feel hard as bone when its filled with blood.
