Have Bruises On Both Sides Right Above Hip Bones. Is It Because Of Alcohol Consumption?

It can be caused by alcoholism and it is called alcoholic hyperpigmrntation or dermatitis. But it can also be caused by blood clotting disorders especailly if there wasnt obvious trauma/hit of this place. So you need to do some blood tests to check your liver function, clooting function and thrombocites because alcohol can cause abnormalities in these findings and then it should be treated if there is pathology.
