Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Images.

I suggest you to use a moisturizer on the affected area. In addition you may use a topical steroid cream e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1% creaam or traimcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days. These are prescription steroids. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.

You may try an OTC topical steroid e.g cortisone cream however that is a mild steroid unlike those I suggested. Use a regular moisturizer. Cetirizine tablet is an OTC drug. However, you may try if you can find triamcinolone acetonide cream OTC from a drug store. If you can find, use it as it would be more effective.
