Question : Hello,

From last 3 years i have been going trough chest pain.

This pain is in from my heart to left hand palm.

Now this pain is getting severe.

I am feeling a needle like pain in both side of chest.

This pain is below the neck on both of chest. Please help

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastritis or excess stomach acid secretion.

However, I would like you to be on the safer side of health. Hence, I suggest you to take an ECG (Electrocardiogram) and confirm that your heart is normal. If this test is normal, then there is nothing serious for you to worry about.

Make sure you drink enough water and avoid spicy and oily and fatty food.
