Have Degenerative Disc Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Burning Around Upper Back And Armpits. Any Advice?

Thank you for the query.
Burning around upper back and armpits most likely is caused by spine disc herniation (especially that it affects both sides), axillary nerve compression (in the armpit), muscular pain (due to overload), lymph nodes enlargement, ions deficiency (Magnesium and Potassium).
I suggest you to visit gyneacologist and have your breasts and armpits lymph nodes checked and ultrasound of this areas done (this should be ruled out first). If no findings, you should have spine MRI and if any neurosurgery should be considered.
You can also try Magnesium and Potassium supplementation and see if this works for you. Increased physical activity like pool swimming should strengthen back muscles and lighten the spine.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
