Question : My wife didn't get periods last month & its almost 55days since her periods. I would like to know if there is any natural method available apart from abortion

But the failure rate is very high.
If it fails, the baby will born with deformities.

If you are not interested in surgical abortion, Go for medical abortion with drugs.
Medical abortion is possible until the first trimester of pregnancy.

I advise to consult your treating doctor for prescription of drugs for medical abortion.
